Center's Commission on Accreditation.

To receive a continuing education certificate, please follow these important steps:
1. Sign the daily attendance sheet first thing every morning for the day you attend the conference. This list will be kept at the registration desk.
2. Following the conference, an electronic evaluation will be emailed to attendees that have signed in on the daily attendance sheets.
3. Fill out the electronic evaluation indicating every session you have attended as well as the overall evaluation of the conference.
4. You must submit your evaluation electronically in order to receive your certificate.
5. Your certificate will be emailed to you once the evaluations have been compiled.
Please note: No certificate will be issued to attendees that have not signed the daily attendance sheet.
