16th Annual Scientific Sessions of ENRS a Resounding Success!
The annual ENRS Conference, co-sponsored by The University of Massachusetts at Worcester (www.umassmed.edu), in partnership with Umass Amherest, Lowell, Boston and Dartmouth, from April 1-3, 2004, was a resounding success. More than 400 nurse researchers gathered in Quincy, Massachusetts (www.scstest.com/quincy) to discuss cutting-edge research findings and to network with friends, colleagues and expert nurse researchers. The theme was evident throughout the conference as speakers discussed successful partnerships with other disciplines, universities, communities, and industry. The conference ended with a stirring call to the 2005 conference that will be held in NYC and hosted by Columbia University School of Nursing. The ENRS Board recognizes Dr. Doreen Harper and her colleagues for their stellar planning of the conference. Special recognition goes to Dr. Elaine Parker and Ms. Denise Leary, who were so instrumental in making the 16th annual conference such a success.
