Nurses are engaged in innovative and diverse research endeavors aimed at promoting high quality, inter-professional health care for diverse populations from birth through end of life.  Promoting the translation of nursing science to clinical practice and enhancing the impact of nursing science on policy are important considerations regardless of research focus.  In the 25th Annual Scientific Sessions, we will celebrate the rich history of the Eastern Nursing Research Society and highlight the broad spectrum of new and emerging knowledge in research, practice, and education to influence the future of healthcare.  We invite submissions of original research that are congruent with this theme.

Conference Objectives
  •  Describe the generation and application of nursing research to promote high quality, inter-professional
     health care for diverse populations.
  •  Propose innovative strategies for the use of nursing science to influence health policy.
  •  Examine approaches to promoting translation of research findings into practice.
  •  Explore theoretical and methodological approaches to addressing the multiple determinants of health.
