    Exhibitor Schedule
    The Following Hours are dedicated to exhibits:
    4/15/15 - Exhibitor Set-up Hours from 8:00AM-2:00PM
    4/15/15 - Welcome Reception with Posters and Exhibits from 6:30AM - 8:30PM
    4/16/15 - Breakfast with Exhibitors from 7:00AM - 8:15AM
    4/17/15 - Exhibits with Coffee and Tea from 7:00 - 8:15AM
    4/17/15 - Exhibitor Breakdown from 11:00AM - 1:30PM

    Exhibitor Tables will be out during all meeting hours including the below:
    4/15/15 - Exhibits Available from 2:00PM - 8:30PM
    4/16/15 - Exhibits Available from 7:00AM - 6:30PM
    4/17/15 - Exhibits Available from 7:00AM - 11:00AM

    We understand that some exhibitor representatives will attend meeting sessions. Please note the dedicated exhibit times to maximize your exposure to the attendees.     Onsite registrations will be accepted beginning at 7:00 AM EST on Wednesday April 15 in the Thurgood Foyer at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.

    Written cancellations must be submitted via email to info@enrs-go.org by March 30, 2015. A $75 processing fee will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after March 29, 2015.

    Conventions cannot be booked via Internet. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X54V-921 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts.     Call for Student Poster Abstracts - Deadline November 21, 2014
    ENRS offers nursing students the opportunity to share emerging scholarship by presenting a poster at the 27th Annual Scientific Sessions. Individual schools are invited to select these student poster abstracts for submission, which will NOT be peer-reviewed, from Monday, October 6 through Friday, November 21, 2014. Each university/college is invited to submit a maximum of:

        One abstract representing project work of BS students
        One abstract representing project work of MS students
        One abstract representing the dissertation topic of doctoral students who have not yet defended their proposal*
        One abstract representing the project of DNP students*

      *An institution that has a PhD program OR a DNP program, but not both programs, may submit a maximum
       of two abstracts for the respective category.

    Please note: it is the responsibility of each university/college, and not the students, to select the poster abstracts.


    Abstract Review - Oct. 10 - Oct. 31, 2014
    Thank you to all members who contributed their time and expertise to the peer-review of abstracts for the 2015 Scientific Sessions. The following criteria was taken into consideration during the review process:

    For all abstracts:

        Significance of the topic
        Clarity of purpose
        Adequacy of method/design
        Soundness of findings
        Overall quality
        Congruence with conference objectives

    For Symposium abstracts only:

        Reflective of interdisciplinary perspective

    Reviewers received an email notification of their assigned abstracts and instructions for completing their review.


    2015 Conference Objectives

    1.  Describe the generation and application of nursing research to promote high quality, inter-professional
         health care for diverse populations, locally and globally.
    2.  Propose innovative strategies to use nursing science to influence health policy.
    3.  Examine approaches to promote translation of research findings into a culture of health.
    4.  Explore theoretical and research methodological approaches to promote health through public policy.
