Friends of ENRS
Mission Statement: ENRS was established in 1988 to create a community for nurses interested in promoting research. Its functions include:
Stimulate interest in the scientific study of nursing phenomenon Promote research-based nursing practice Provide a forum for dissemination and critique of nursing research Facilitate the exchange of information Link nurses with similar research interests Promote recognition of nursing as a scientific discipline Foster ethical standards in research
The Friends of ENRS is a volunteer group of ENRS members, associate members, and supporters who donate money to help ENRS to achieve its mission and functions. Colleagues in industry, health care, academe, as wells as, individuals such as patients and their families who want to support the scientific advancement of nursing are most welcome as Friends of ENRS.
To encourage participation as a Friend of ENRS all contributions will be acknowledged and all Friends recognized at the Annual ENRS Scientific Sessions and on the ENRS Web site, click here to view a list of current Friends.
Become a Friend of ENRS today by completing the Donor Form, and mailing or faxing it to our headquarters.
