Mission

To facilitate collaboration and generate inclusive inquiry, discussion, implementation, and dissemination to optimize health and quality of life across the lifespan.

The RIG's goals are to: 

1.                       Develop methods to share challenges and solutions for conducting precision health research in the extramural environment. (e.g., sharing reagents, equipment evolution, data integration challenges, e-consents)

2.                       Explore interprofessional collaborations with groups such as behavioral medicine, lifestyle medicine

Who Should Join?

Researchers (students included) who are interested in studying the field of Precision Health, including measures of assessment and data analysis.

To foster the collaboration and professional development of precision health nurses and scientists, and to facilitate discussion, implementation, and research that incorporates genomics, environmental, or biobehavioral factors into tailored strategies for optimizing the health of individuals and populations across the lifespan.

The RIG’s goals are to:

1. Promote continuing professional development of nurses in precision health through the exchange of ideas, methodological expertise, and constructive peer feedback across members’ career and research trajectories.

2. Grow collaborations with precision health nurses and scientists across the US and disciplines such as epidemiology, biostatistics, bioinformatics, psychology, and medicine.

3. Create and share content with and beyond ENRS members about innovative precision health methodological approaches and research findings.
